About this house rental
Located in Marco Island, this charming house for $507 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our home at 157 West Flamingo Circle is just a two-block walk from the access path to Marco Island's beautiful Crescent beach and the JW Marriott resort. Updated through out, you will find all you need here for a relaxing and comfortable time in paradise! Our home features a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and a large center island, perfect for food preparation and gathering. All appliances are stainless steel, including a range hood and drawer microwave. We have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and conversation/reading area. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, attached bath and direct access to the lanai. The Master bath is huge with a double vanity, marble counter top, a separate marble tile shower, freestanding soaker tub and closet. The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and share a bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two full size beds, making this typical “twin” room more comfortable. All three bedrooms have new plush mattresses and linens. The master and Queen bedroom have TVs. We have also added an outdoor shower in 2022. Great for rinsing off after a day at the beach or as an extra shower for your family. The glass sliders from the living room and kitchen open up to the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs, conversation set and an eating area that seats 8. New plantings, lighting and fencing create a private oasis in the outdoor space, with up lighting for added ambiance in the evening. For those with young children, we have a safety net that can be used to separate the pool from the lanai so that you can enjoy the open space with added security. The outside deck provides more lounge chairs and a Weber Grill. This area also had added lighting to make nighttime grilling safe and easy! We have free high-speed wireless internet and all televisions are new flat screen HDTV’s. With tile floors throughout, and a no pet and no smoking policy, we strive to keep our home low allergen. The garage has also been painted and the floor sealed. Here you will find two beach carts, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, 5 bicycles, bike helmets and a lock all for your use and enjoyment. We had a great stay at Thanksgiving. The kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed. The floor plan was a great setup. We enjoyed eating dinner by the pool. It was a perfect getaway.

This property met our expectations. The location in proximity to the beach shops and restaurants was perfect. The swimming pool was just the place to relax by at the end of a beach day . The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor shower was very well thought out . Lots of games, great TV in living room . Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. Kathy was very responsive.Will definitely book again in future.

We came back again and it never gets old! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with the ocean nearby (literally a 5 minute walk), then this is the place to stay. The home is immaculate and everything you need is at your "fingertips". We truly spend most of our time outside in the lanai. We love grilling outside and swimming in the pool after returning from the beach. You can also walk or bike ride to restaurants. If you need anything, Kathy communicates with you right away. You will not regret staying here!

Overall excellent experience. Property managers very responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and well stocked. The only big issue we had was the washer machine had horrible mold in the front load gasket. It smelled terrible if the door was open and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Unfortunately they wouldn’t have been able to fix it until 5 days into our trip but they were able to let us access the unit next door to use that washer. Overall great experience

This house is in a great location and has all the items you want for a great family stay. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes, which is about as short as you get. The house is very well stocked - we cooked in for multiple nights and found everything we needed. The bedrooms are good size and the whole house is clean and well maintained. the lanai and pool are super fun and the outdoor shower is a great plus. 5 Stars all around.

House is perfect, everything needed for a beach House is available. Clean and covenient, couldn’t be better. Owner made our stay confortable and was available for any questions. We had a problem with the dryer, within a day the appliance guy came to fix it. Decor is vry nice.

We could not have asked for a better place place to stay the last two weeks as we visited Marco Island for our annual winter vacation. We honestly felt like we were in our own house except in a much better location especially in January. All the amenities, great location and clean as a whistle. Host is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It will be hard not to want to stay here exclusively moving forward. Thank you Kathy.

This property has everything you want in a house! The location is could not be better - 5 minute walk to the beach and the JW. Our favorite spot in the house was the AMAZING outdoor space. The pool had the option to put a child fence around it which minimized stress levels of having an 18 month old around. Kathy went the extra mile with everything from the way it was perfectly decorated, to all the kitchen supplies to the outdoor items including beach chairs, bikes, even tennis rackets and toys!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Kathy!!

This house is the perfect vacation home a f is just as its pictured! It had everything you need for the beach and the pool or just to hang out with the family.
From the pool, playing games to riding bikes..we did it all. It was literally 5 mins to the beach and the house had all you needed and more! The best beach experience! Very laid back area and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back.

If you are looking for a "Five Star Location" this is the place! The home is immaculate. Everything you can think of is there. It is a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, shopping or just going out for a bike ride or walk! We have vacationed here several times, and it never gets old. We absolutely love this property, and the owners are great to work with. The home is beautiful, very well appointed, and in a central location for Marco. This was at least our third stay here, and we plan to return in the fourth quarter if the year in a few months. Very few rental properties provide the amenities this home does. Thank you, Kathy!

This is a great house and great location. We have stayed at houses with similar layouts that for some reason had extremely slippery flooring and decking. Not here. Our kids romped in the pool all day without wiping out. Kitchen is great, too, and beds were very cozy. I hope we will be back.

The owners provided exceptional tips for restaurants and activities. Had a great experience at every one. Anything else we could have needed at this house was either already thought of or super easy to obtain. We had our two teenagers who each brought a friend and the location was perfect for them to be able to walk to and from the beach whenever they wanted. There are so many beach supplies - chairs, umbrella, cart, beach games, beach towels; so appreciative! There are also 6 bikes provided so you can explore the island. We ate most of our breakfasts and lunches at the house and the kitchen is stocked with all the odds and ends we needed. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable week!!

Let me start by saying the property was amazing. Beautiful home, every part of the property well maintained, updated, clean, and everything you will ever need for a great beach vacation. The owner has thought of everything and made the whole process painless, even down to a how to guide for you to follow while you are there. We enjoyed the house so much that toward the end we didnt want to leave. The weather didn't cooperate the week that we were there but we still found plenty to do and the amazing home made it that much better.
