Nestled in Marco Island, this lovely house for $648 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Get the best of Marco Island all in one location in this spacious and luxuriously appointed 3031 sq ft 3br/3.5 bath waterfront home in one of the best locations just minutes to the beach. Set on the widest part of the waterway, soak in a spectacular wide water view. The public beach access is an easily walkable 0.4 miles away, allowing you to skip the hassle of beach parking. The beach access is also an excellent location, accessing miles of beautiful beach near the acclaimed JW Marriott, which itself offers beachfront dining and tiki bar. Many other casual and top restaurants are less than a mile or two away. Sliding glass doors from the living room, kitchen and first floor Master Bedroom open wide onto the spacious lanai to let the outside in. Take in the breathtaking waterview watching for dolphins while lounging under the covered lanai or saltwater infinity edge pool with spa. Loungers and outdoor table provide comfortable outdoor seating. Newly installed screens with a picture window enclose the outdoor area. Every generously sized newly carpeted bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom for maximum privacy with a 4th half bathroom conveniently on the first floor for guests/general use. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a new 50" HD TV, walk in closet and jacuzzi style tub. Enjoy beautiful views and step directly onto the lanai to the pool and spa. A large formal dining table comfortably seats 6. A cozy good morning nook table opens up into the lanai and is perfect for coffee. The living room has plush comfortable leather seating, and a newer 55" HD TV. High quality touches are seen throughout with high end furnishings and appliances including Bosch. 2 other king bedroom suites are upstairs. There is a roomy loft upstairs with comfortable seating and a desk with a fantastic waterview. The decor is timelessly elegant yet casual with soft neutral colors for a relaxing stay. 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 1 chid's bicycle with helmet and pump are currently available, although not guaranteed. Please ask for details if needed. We have supplied the house with basics such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent to make your stay comfortable and carefree. There is a regular drip style coffee maker. The house accommodates a maximum of 6 adults/guests very comfortably. Marco Island is a beautiful, laid back, and safe area with gorgeous beaches, numerous water activities, and delicious restaurants. You can watch for dolphins and manatees, rent a boat or try an excursion, fish, have a cold drink on the lanai or beach, dine at a number of local restaurants, or just put your feet up and relax. Longer term stays will be considered by request. Since this is our second home that we stay in and manage, not by a commercial management company, we take a personal interest in maintaining it with care and attention to detail. We invite you to be our welcome guest and make it your home away from home! *There is not a dock currently. Maximum of 6 registered guests for comfort.

This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The pool and hot-tub were fantastic, and there was plenty of beach gear to use for a day on the sand. The large bedrooms and large beds are fantastic and meant that the kids didn't have to fight over who got which room. Parking was easy and the location couldn't have been better. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great stay for a few days on Marco Island. The home was as advertised - well kept and turnkey all around. Located on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach. Views out the back are amazing! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The property is in a great location and very nicely maintained. Lisa was great with communication. It was the perfect home for 3 couples, we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the view. There were plenty of chairs outside and seating was comfortable inside and out. I would highly recommend this home.

Rented at end of November for family vacation to celebrate an 80th birthday. This house has everything you could possibly want or need. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beautiful beach is short 10 minute walk - host provides chairs, towels, umbrellas and pull cart. Amazing pool and heated, jetted spa right out the door. View of beautiful waterway that is chock full of fish and dolphins - can cast right off the back wall. You will not want to leave the back lanai!! Lisa was very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely be back to visit!

This is a beautiful, spacious property with an outstanding view. The outdoor living space is large and comfortable; perfect for spending the day outside. The property owner is incredibly responsive and answered our questions. The beds are comfortable and the home is very clean. The kitchen is also spacious and well equipped for cooking meals in. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Just what we needed!
My family of 5 had an amazing time enjoying this property for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting out back on the covered patio looking out at the waterway. We watched the sunrise and were even able to see a few dolphins out there! Other than some home construction going on several houses away, it was a very quiet and peaceful area. We spent some time at the beach which was within walking distance. We walked it once which the owners made much easier by providing a wagon and plenty of beach chairs. Another time, we rode the provided bikes to go catch the sunset set on the beach. We also drove over once but finding parking can be more of a challenge which you do have to pay for, but it was a nice option for when we didn't want to walk.
Lisa was great to communicate with and very responsive. We asked if we could extend our check out time since our flight home was not until late in the day and she was able to coordinate with the housekeepers and give us some more time in her beautiful home.
As for the house, it had everything we needed in regards to kitchen gadgets, beach equipment/towels. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, but since I have 3 teenagers, they did not want to share rooms. My 19 y/o son, utilized the loft and the aero-bed which he said was quite comfy in comparison to just a regular air mattress, so that was a nice treat! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and just sitting out back reading, playing games and just relaxing.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and would happily return. We love the area and couldn't get enough of the views!

Location, location, location...beautiful waterfront property!
The home is very spacious with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own ensuite. The lanai, pool, hot tub and outside area are perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends, and the water view is spectacular. The house is walking and/or biking distance to the beach and restaurants. The check-in process is seamless & the hosts are quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy Marco Island living...it's a gem!

View View View. We spent a lot of time in the lunai and in the spa and pool. The view out to the bay/canal was great. Waking up every morning to the sun and enjoying the morning outside. Beautiful houses around the bay as well.
House. Exactly as it is on VRBO. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Big open main floor. Comfortable beds. A lot of blankets, towels, pillows. Beach and pool gear available too. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access in and out with the locking system.
Host. We arrived early and she let us in at the last minute, we were still on MN time and didn’t realize we were early. She messaged us that night to make sure all was ok and was available if needed.
We will be booking again when we visit. I already have recommended to family who go to Naples to try Marco and this home.

Great January Stay! A home away from home
We loved everything about this home. From the location (short walk to the beach and restaurants) to the large rooms and beautiful water view. We rented kayaks and kayaked around the canals and out to the gulf one day. The garage is full of everything you need for the beach. Immaculate inside - we loved it! Awesome vacation
It was a perfect house with pool and hot tub!! We enjoyed dining in restaurants and exploring the island. Sunsets were beautiful on the beach!! We had the Best vacation with friends!!

The kitchen is well appointed (except for kids cutlery) and was a great place to watch the sun rise each morning. Each bedroom and bathroom is spacious and comfortable. I was surprised by how good the food is on Marco Island. The host left some great recommendations in a folder and we used her recs for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend Dorenes for breakfast or lunch, Oyster society for dinner, and Snook Inn for casual dining with live music. We were unlucky with the weather but still had fun at the beach, putt putt, the children museum in Naples (it was super windy and rainy that day), and the Dolphin Explorer boat tour. We hope we can come back again soon!

Perfect Spot
We were six girlfriends celebrating our 50th birthdays. This house was perfect in every way. From the comfy king beds to the well equipped kitchen to the lovely linai with pool, hot tub and gorgeous water view it was everything we hoped for. We saw dolphins every morning over coffee! Easy walk to the beach with lots of nice beach gear provided. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and enjoy each other’s company in a clean and beautiful space.

You will NEVER find a better equipped VRBO than this one. I could go on and on but in short just bring your family and clothes and have a great time. Every detail you can think of is covered and even some that don't come to mind will when you get there and see it for yourself. The place is SPECTACULAR and you will not be disappointed. We had 7 adult aged folks (paid a little extra for the 7th) but there was plenty of room for 7, although the 7th slept on an air mattress (but it was a nice one ). There's also 3 bathrooms which was great!The lanai was beautiful and the grill was nice and well maintained. We didn't really use the hot tub much, but it was nice.It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but there is an umbrella cart (with 3 beach umbrellas) and a beach wagon. Also 7 beach chairs with shoulder straps so it's not too much of a pain getting there and once there your in good shape. There was also a small soft sided cooler and a small styrofoam cooler which was nice.Lisa was very friendly and quickly answered all questions I had before and after the booking. We had a great time.

Meticulously clean property with excellent location!
Beautiful home perfect for three couples. Three master suites made this great for my family of three adult couples. The house was meticulously clean on arrival. Location is perfect - there is a public entrance to the beach just 0.4 miles away right next to the Marriott (we ended up getting drinks and food there almost every day since it was right on the beach.) The pool is beautiful and the outdoor area was a perfect place to eat dinner. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall we would absolutely recommend this place (and my family is so picky!)

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and it was the best. It was our first VRBO and we were nervous, but the house was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed, from fishing poles to beach equipment. The view was amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! We will definitely return!!
