My crew and I were up for Block Island Race Week. The house was clean and well set up with plenty of cookware and utensils. The dirt road getting to the house was a bit treacherous on bikes however there was an alternate way that was a little longer. MaryAnn was very nice and checked in on us upon our arrival to make sure we had what we needed. We would recommend this home for groups of 10 or less.

There were a few issues: the outside shower didn’t work, no mattress covers on the 2 queen sized beds, no lights/electricity in the room where you enter, the 2nd floor tub still doesn’t drain although former guests have complained about it and the grille ignition didn’t work. Then owner was very responsive but I just didn’t want to keep bothering her and dealing with these issues so we just put up with them. A safety concern was the fact that there is only one egress from the house. The decks have no egress to the yard. Also, it wasn’t disclosed on the listing that there were exterior cameras on the property. On the plus side the house has a beautiful view, it’s large (It’s actually a multi-family property but the other part of the house was vacant while we were there.) and there is plenty of inside and outside space for the kids to play. I wouldn’t rent it again only because of the high price. The house we rented previously was a lot less money, had one more bedroom, was very charming and we could walk into New Shoreham.

Property not open at 4 pm check in time. Owners arrived at 4:40 to open up, bring in bed linens, etc.
Very neglected, decks have not been treated in years. Had to manually hold drain open in master BR, gas grill would not heat up enough to cook. Kitchen appliances were excellent, but kitchen lacked adequate utensils and pans.
Do not feel it was worth the price.
