This property lived up to its description, plus some. We found that the unit was very spacious, well-kept, had a well-stocked kitchen, ample beach-going equipment (chairs, umbrella, toys, snorkeling gear) that was in good shape, and a great washer and dryer. What exceeded our expectations was the location within the complex— so close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The beach, while rocky in the water, is fantastic for watching the gorgeous ocean while simultaneously getting mountain views. The beach has chairs and loungers for use, so it’s just a matter of a two minute walk from the unit to breathtaking views, sounds, and ocean breezes. We also very much enjoyed the convenience of a great grocery store, shave ice shop, ice cream shop and other shops right across the street (super easy to walk to) and the proximity to all the great shops and restaurants of Kapp’a and Wailua. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall our stay was very positive and we had a wonderful time. Tony was very communicative and answered all our questions. There were only two issues we encountered: the AC was very hard to control and keep on, and there was a lack of household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc) and ran out of those quickly. We all woke up in the middle of the night sweating, almost every night, which was a bummer. I will add that we are all from Washington state and are not used to the heat! But everything else was great. We loved the views from every room, the size and location of the condo, and everything was very clean and put together when we got there.

We had a great view from the condo of the pool area and ocean. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The condo could use a good cleaning, and some maintenance but otherwise was perfect was our needs. Complex is great with the pool area and restaurant, beach is very nice -we even saw a baby seal!

Lovely place. Well stocked and as described. Great place for grandkids- they LOVED the pool and beach. Would rent this unit again! Mahalo nui!
