The property is located right on Gro Tonka park, and an easy 3 block walk to Lakewinds grocery store and many dining options for delivery or easy commute. Ample parking for 2 cars on left hand side of driveway. Lyft and uber drivers are also close by and timely for visitors without a car. It is also just 3 blocks to Lake Minnetonka beach, Libbs lake beach and Grays Bay boat launch..including many great hiking and biking trails. Walk or bike right from here to access many great trails. It is tucked away in a quite neighborhood but yet an easy drive to freeways or walk to downtown Wayzata. We are 2 blocks south of the Grays Bay boat launch and Beach in Wayzata.
