The room was exceptional in that it included a couch and a kitchenette which I was not expecting.
Finding another mans/occupants underwear under the end of my bed. That was a tad unsettling. The number of unruly, loud and obnoxious children present due to a hockey tournament which I understand. But the running up and down the halls early in the morning?

Very friendly staff except they didn’t bill me correctly. We wanted it divided in half on 2 cc. They billed the full ant on just one. Spoke to them in person on this too.
Lobby very clean. Room needed attention. Had to ask twice for clean towels. Bathroom not cleaned as well as it should have been. Bathroom sink was clogged, didn’t drain until we called front desk. No bathroom sink stopper, broken, bathroom door doesn’t stay open.

The staff was better, isabella, mitch, and derrick they was friendly and went over board and beyond to make our stay perfect!!
