Our condo is perfectly situated on the coveted 12th floor East side corner with no obstructed views of the beach and ocean. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 50" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King bed in the 2nd and two Queen sized beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. We have also put in a sleeper sofa in the living room that can make out to a queen bed should you need the extra bed. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We had a great time. Condo is beautiful and meet our needs. Kids enjoyed the pool, slide and beach the most. Looking forward to coming back. Great time of year to come as it wasn’t overly crowded anywhere.

Phoenix Gulf Shores is a lovely property with fabulous views.... and don’t laugh.... no long waits for elevators! We were on the 12th floor, about half-way up, and we didn’t spend lots of time waiting and waiting on the elevators. : )
The beach access was great. The pools were lovely and well maintained. There were a few small issues with the condo - but perhaps we are some of the few people who stay and actually cook. The stove/oven needs replaced as does the dishwasher, and the equipment in the kitchen is woefully inadequate, but maybe most people eat out?
The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room for all of us. It was fairly quiet and we enjoyed our visit!

This is our 2nd trip to the Phoenix. Location is great, no crossing a busy street, just down the elevator to the sand. Kids loved both pools, enjoyed crab hunting. We had plenty of room in our unit, nice sized bedrooms & baths, with plenty of space in the kitchen/living room area. The patio was a great place to sit and look for dolphins, which we seen several times. My only negative would be the one kitchen towel.

We have stayed at a larger 4 bedroom condo, but we liked this one better. It was plenty big, with seating for everyone, but the elevators ran quickly and the beach wasn't overcrowded.

We had the absolute best vacation here. We did a friends vacation so we have 6 adults and 5 children. The location was great for beach access, walking distance from restaurants (less than mile), and entertainment for everyone. The place was clean, had plenty of cookware and towels, and seating. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable, very nicely decorated, beds were comfy. And the VIEWS! We could see dolphins from the balcony, schools of fish in the water and just had a great time. We loved the place so much we want to return next year!

Condo is in a great location has great beautiful views plenty of space and amenities. My only complaint is the floors are very dirty all of us had to wear shoes while in the condo to keep sand and dirt off our feet . But otherwise beds were comfy, kitchen even had a Keurig . Would definitely recommend, I just hope the housekeeping would improve considering you pay a cleaning fee you expect the floors to be swept and mopped before arrival.

Issues that need attention: Wood hand rail on beach has screws backing out someone will eventually cut themselves. The last step to sand is much to deep need more sand or concrete step added. Elevator keyboard on right (first) does not function work when pushing button to floor 12.Furnace filter in room was filthy looked like it hadn't been changed in 3 months. 2 guests got sinus infections and to had to get Z pack prescriptions. furnishings were good adequate space for 13

This condo is the perfect place for any trip to the beach. We chaperoned 8 high school graduate boys and everyone had a blast. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and even some novelty shopping.

We arrived at 5pm and was told by the lobby attendant they couldn't give us a parking pass because they closed at 5, but that we would be okay overnight. That was fine, so we unloaded and went to our room. Very nice condo with a wonderful view. We toured the bedrooms and found a pile of wet, dirty, and smelly towels stuffed in one of the closets. The smell was so bad, we made sure not to use that closet. The floors were dirty. The sheets and pillows did not smell "clean" if that makes sense. The sheets had stains and was overall not what you would expect in bedding from a condo like this. Dated, broken, and uncomfortable living room furniture. Also found bagged up dirty sheets next to the couch. Really, just very poor housekeeping.
The next morning, we were making breakfast and the doorbell rang. A repair man was there to replace the dishwasher unannounced at 9am. Around noon, we are all ready and head out. We stop by the lobby before leaving to buy a parking pass, no one is at the desk. Well we know no one will be there after 5, so now we have to plan our day to make sure we are back to get a pass before then. Not planned, but now we have to come back by 5. The next day, we are cleaning the kitchen and find we are only left one kitchen trash bag.
Beautiful beach, but nothing beyond that. Gulf Shores just don't do it for us. Won't be back for any of our beach stays. Very much prefer Mirimar Beach.

This property is well furnished and clean. As advertised.
We had some 80-year-old folks in our group, as well as 50's, 60's, and 70's. We had a bit of trouble with all the dining table chairs and stools being solid wood with no cushions. Also, the outdoor deck chairs again were all wood, heavy to move, and caused daily discomfort on our bones, and backs. The couch could use some throw pillows as it's an angled couch. With sore backs from chairs, we needed the lower back support.
The one thing my guests wanted me to especially relay is that they feel they could use some safety bars in the shower and bathtub areas. Something to hold onto or help someone up. These were our personal experiences with our crowd, I'm in the 60 yr old crowd but have had some hip surgeries, so having the bars would give me some way to assure I don't fall. Overall, we loved it, the view is spectacular, and it was quiet. The manager helped us with a couple of things, but of course, couldn't remedy the issues above. Great get-away overall. You will love it!
