Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 11th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Full over Full bunks in the 2nd bedroom, a King in the 3rd bedroom, and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 16. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Condo was nice. View was great. Sat out on the balcony a lot. Kids loved the pools. We all had a great time.A minor few outlets to plug in things did not work but could work out what was needed just fine. Dryer took a long time to dry things. The floor could have been cleaner. I imagine it’s hard with sand but could not walk barefoot without getting bottoms of feet dirty. The vacuum cleaner there did not work well. Just a suggestion to get a stronger vacuum. Also maybe have cleaning products such as a broom, dust pan, and mop for people to be able to sweep up what they track in. We only had an old broom that didn’t sweep well.The sliding door lock to go on the balcony was broken. With several small children and their safety, I messaged the mgt and they responded right away to put a maintenance ticket to get it fixed. It was noted it was the property’s responsibility to fix it. We stayed a week. Not sure if it was fixed after we left.However, with the few things mentioned above, overall the condo was nice. It was a nice place and big enough place to be comfortable for 15 people (10 off which were kids). The kids had plenty of room to play. Again, they loved the pools. Being right in the beach was great. We would stay again.

We stayed with my husband's family - 6 adults and three kids. This condo was perfection. We never felt cramped. The table was large and great for breakfast every day. The couch was SO comfy and all three bathrooms were spacious. We LOVED it there and had the best week. Parking was easy and convenient. The pool was fabulous - everyone loved the slide. We never waited more than a minute or two for the elevator.

Unit was very clean and updated. Spacious throughout the condo inside and out. Two great highlights -individual ice maker and having the garbage chute right outside the front door. The only negative was the sliding glass doors were extremely difficult to open and close.

A clean, well appointed room. Spacious rooms with amazing views.4 elevators seemed to make for short wait times to the pool, beach and parking deck. Good lighting elsewhere on the property with frequent security checks throughout the premises. Our sliding exterior door to the beachside balcony was very difficult to open. Only 2 people in our party of 10 could open or close the door. A maintenance man checked with us to see if the door was repaired, but no action followed to correct the situation. Our only complaint.

We loved our stay here. We had 4 adults and 6 kids, plenty of space. The indoor pool was great to have when the weather prevented us from being on the beach. Nothing better than falling to sleep to the sound of crashing waves!

The property was overall a good experience. While we appreciate the laundry facility onsite in our condo, I must say that the dryer needs fixed or replaced. In the property owner's defense, I have not communicated this to the property manager. Excellent place to stay to accompany our family/friends of 9 individuals.

We had a great time. The weather was perfect, the condo had a beautiful view. It was great! Michael the condo manager was awake. If I had any questions, even before we got there, he was always so helpful. The only thing is the beds... They were so noisy!!!! It was hard to sleep because if you moved you woke up or woke someone else

Rental experience was good. Checking in and gaining access was easy. The rental was fairly clean but the living area furniture is worn. If you're planning to cook, the kitchen is not very well equipped...pots and pans are old and well used, no kitchen towels or towel racks, and most knives are dull. Bathrooms are okay, but showers could be cleaner. Master bath jet tub spewed black out of the nozzles when turned on, so it wasn't used. All but one bed was VERY noisy...not sure if this was from mattress wrap or what, but VERY annoying. Otherwise the view was nice, pools were nice and easy access to the beach. Condo was not equipped with any toys, floats, boogey boards, games, or many creature comforts like many smaller units are, so bring anything you might need, or plan to buy it during your stay. Parking was easy and kids loved the slide in the pool. Location is just close enough to a few things like the hangout to walk too, but it's a bit of a hike.

Overall, we had a great family vacation during our stay. Lots of good memories were made. There was plenty of room for our party of eleven which consisted of 7 adults and 4 children 10 and under. The view from the condo was beautiful, but the furnishings were in need of some updating. A chair cushion that matched an accent chair had a huge rip in it. There was a dining room chair that couldn't be used because of a wobbly leg, and my daughter cut her foot on something sharp in the shower. Those things were minor compared to the lack of cleanliness. When you pay lots of money to finally go on a vacation during a pandemic, you expect your vacation home to be spotless. Especially when you have small children. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a mask behind the bed, and mold in one of the toilets. We were left a cleaning basket with a note telling us to use the the cleaning supplies to clean up our messes, but there were no cleaning supplies in the basket. There wasn't even a dish cloth left to wash the dishes. On the plus side, Phoenix Gulf Shores takes the security of their guests very seriously. We had to wear wrist bands 24/7 while we were there. The security personnel were always present. The condo itself didn't live up to our expectations, but the building did. It was a safe building. And, that is important when you have your whole family with you. Would I stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores again, yes! But, I would check out the other condos that are available. I did express my concerns to the contact person, and I got a do not reply computer generated email telling me that I would receive a hundred dollar refund. There wasn't one single word from the contact person the first time I contacted him. He did finally respond after multiple emails to him. I didn't care about a refund, but I would have really liked the cleaning supplies that I was told to clean up my messes with.

We had a mother/daughter/cousin long weekend and had a great time. The location and views are amazing! The condo is very nice. Beds in double rooms squeak pretty bad getting in and out but are comfortable. The only recommendation I would make is to put a handicap bar in one of the showers. But other than that we had a great time

Overall, loved spending the week at the beach. Our condo didn’t have a broom or vacuum so cleaning wasn’t an option - with 5 adults and 7 kids, we would have loved to have the ability to sweep every other day. Sheets didn’t fit any of the noisy beds properly so the slightest movement caused the corners to pull off. Windows, floor boards, rug and living room furniture were all filthy. In the scheme of things, all of these are a minor inconvenience but for the price, you’d expect a lot more. The manager of Phoenix Gulf Shores should definitely find another profession - very rude and not customer service driven. We were forced to pay for 3 parking passes at check in and after one was temporarily misplaced (since the third car arrived 2 days into our stay), manager was not willing to give any leeway - told us security would boot our car if we didn’t pay another $35 immediately.
