Nestled in West Beach, this lovely condo for $667 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Phoenix Gulf Shores 1501 Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and two full over full size bunk beds in the 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 16! There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Phoenix Gulf Shores 1501 was an absolutely beautiful condo. The furnishings were very nice and the view and location were awesome. There were 2 issues, however that kept me from being able to rate it 5 stars. First, the owner needs to invest in some new mattresses. The king bedroom mattress as well as those in the queen rooms were very much in need of replacement. The second issue is that this was the most poorly stocked condo I have ever stayed in. There weren’t enough bath towels for the number of guests and there was only one kitchen towel in the place. The kitchen was also poorly stocked with necessities for those wanting to cook, compared to my other experiences. With these improvements, this would definitely have been a 5-star experience.

We stayed at this property for a friends and their families for our spring break vacation. The location was great. The view was excellent. The condo was able to sleep the 14 of us comfortably. The condo was clean. Some staining on the furniture. A suggestion that I will give is make sure you bring paper towels, toilet paper and seasonings for cooking for your stay. There was no salt/pepper and only one roll paper towel and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The ice machines did not work property. We had a service man come to clean the ice maker and after that, the ice machine did not make the ice as needed. We did bring ice cubes trays and made our own ice.

The property was beautiful and was in a great location. It was walkable to restaurants. It was very easy to check in and the owner was very helpful. We had a few issues with some maintenance but he immediately got it taken care of. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was spacious for a family of 11. The elevators were speedy and the property is well maintained. We had one small issue in the condo and it was addressed immediately. Our whole family had a great time.

Beds were comfortable but the sheets wouldn't stay on them. Remade them daily. Floors were dirty. 10 minutes after arrival, my feet were black. No sheet or pizza pans. Food stuck when using pots or pans. Muffin tin had black ash all over it. Half of the lamps wouldn't work as well as tv's. One TV was totally unplugged from electrical outlet and the tv. A little TLC in livingroom to remove stains from sofa would have been nice. Still sat on it and still comfortable too.
However, On a positive note....rooms sizes with number of beds were perfect for the girl cousins trip. Loved the pool and slide. View was spectacular from the 15 floor. Saw a couple of sharks! First time of seeing that in 13 years of vacations in Gulf Shores. We enjoyed ourselves regardless of the poor quality of furnishings

It had great space and plenty of bathrooms for the 17 of us. The balcony a pretty decent size with a great view. Seeing as we bought our groceries and snacks for the week we stayed, it had plenty of cabinet room. And a big thing for me was the elevator wait time was almost non existence. On a prior vacation elsewhere it was at least a 10 minute wait so I can't tell you how nice it was to be able to get to and from quickly.

Condo was very nice and roomy. Kitchen pretty stocked but pot and pans need updated. Patio door made loud whistle during high winds but we would definitely rent this condo again. Hopefully on our annual trip 2023.

Very accommodating
The condo was very accommodating for our large family. 12 adults slept comfortably. Beautiful decor, the AC worked GREAT, awesome amenities in the complex. Beach was not too crowded. Need more kitchen essentials. (pots, baking sheet, cooking utensils, Tupperware) the ice machine near the wet bar only worked half of the week. One of the bunk beds in the guest room needs some hardware tightened. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

This is the first and last time we will stay in a Phoenix property. The condo itself was nice. From the moment we got there, everything felt tired. The tv sound didn’t work (pm came quickly and tried to resolve the issue which worked until you turned it off). Dryer was a fire hazard (timer didn’t work and that’s the only way you could get the appliance to work). MBR ceiling fan only worked on high. Dishwasher worked if you pushed start twice (figured it out). ...you get the idea. Another annoyance was having to pay for parking (I obviously overlooked that). Who takes an Uber to the beach? Factor it into my bill if you’re really going to charge me. Positives are the view was spectacular, and location was great for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and love the area.
