Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor prized East corner directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with a beverage cooler, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Location was Great! Access to Beach with boardwalk and hoses to rinse off were Great! Pools were Fantastic (Floors were slick). We did have to ask for more towels to have at least 1 per person but got those next day. Unit does need more utensils we had a group of 13 & had to go buy plastic wear. Pots & Pans could be updated. Some beds are worn out. No bathroom rugs or matt (we did ask for some but got none). We changed the entry code after the internet people let themselves in wanting to upgrade cable boxes & such during our stay(they had been told we checked out, Still Had 3 days!) The code then used our original code & the new one so that was a bad deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The condo was great but the weather prevented us from getting any beach time. I requested a late check out because Sunday was going to be a great day, but was denied even though the property was not rented out for the next week. Paid a lot of money to stay in the condo.

Overall the room was very spacious for a big family and the beach views were amazing! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Left over food and coffee was left, food was found under cabinets along with other items, clothes were left behind, and the bed had stains. There was sand all over the floor, which I know some you can’t help but have but overall I wasn’t sure if the room was cleaned at all. The room was overall good for price, but very sad on how nasty it was.
