The hotel is well located, close to both the city center and beaches like Cala Agulla or Son Moll. The rooms are spacious and, contrary to some reviews, the breakfast was really good and diversified.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
We didn't find the room as clean as we would have liked, especially on the first day. The air conditioning has an on/off switch, can't really control the temperature properly. And, depending on the room orientation (pool side or road side), it can get noisy.
Generally, the rooms are a little bit dated.

Swimming pool wasn’t always in the sun, but that’s ok on a ridiculously hot, sunny day.

The staff was so nice, the people at reception and the people in the dining and bar area, just wonderful. The rooms are large. The location is good because it's close to both the beach and the boardwalk area with restaurants and bars. There is a lot to do in this area.
As a solo traveler, the main thing I didn't like was the key situation. They give you a giant key chain and you have to leave it at the front desk everytime you go out, in an area that isn't very secure. Also the room was very bare minimum. You cannot control the AC, there is no fridge, you have to rent the TV remote and safe key. This hotel is good for big groups of young people, but not single travelers.
