I stated the price didn’t meet my expectations because I did not expect the all the greatness that we got at that price.
I had trouble with how cold the room was and even turning off the AC and turning up the heat I was cold. I asked at the front desk if they had any blankets. The woman there was only filling in BUT she was wonderful. She went looking for a blanket and found one for me. Then we had trouble with our TV and the remote not working and being tired we decided to just go to sleep BUT we could not get the TV to shut off. Once again the lady at the front desk came and was able to turn it off by hitting the “on” button, the “off” button was not working. She was so pleasant and so very helpful.
I don’t know if the TV remote just needed new batteries or what. We were in room 105.
And I think even though it was extremely hot outside the rooms need to be kept at a more tepid temperature for clients to then set them as they prefer.

It was next to Walmart. That was convenient.
I don't like to post things that aren't positive, but some things need to be addressed. Number one, the gentleman at the desk cut me off when I was giving him my name. He wanted my ID. Ok, bad day, busy day, I can overlook that. What I cannot overlook is the fridge in my suite was disgusting. I couldn't use it. The little coffee pot still had a bag of coffee in it from God only knows when, but it wasn't from me. The counter by the sink in the kitchenette look like someone had spilled something. I cleaned it up. Why? Because after driving for 5 hours, I was too tired to deal with the man at the front desk. Number two, the table in the hall right outside the elevator looked like someone had spilled something on it. Dark brown that is different from the rest of the piece. Seeing that when you exit the elevator onto your floor (3rd) is not a good thing. It leads people to think you either don't care about appearance, cleanliness, or you haven't been notified that housekeeping is slacking. Either way, you guys need to make sure housekeeping is doing their job. Also, I had 2 towels that were threadbare. So much so that I would have thrown them out quite a while ago. Now, the bed. The mattress is not comfortable. The bedding was clean, thank goodness because I would've called the desk for that. But the bedding is crazy ridiculous. The bedspread feels and looks like a mattress protector with a super thin cover thrown on top of that. It had a plastic feel to it that I cannot describe other than uncomfortable and noisy. You should check into getting the air conditioner in the room looked at. It was humid and warm in the room until evening. Anyway, if those few things are made better, it would be a great place to stay.
