The fried breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent . You could also pre book a different choice for the following day .The location was up a short hill so was not suitable walking for people with mobility problems. The cleanliness was exceptional throughout.

The numerical entry/exit locks were obviously there for security , but took a bit of getting used too . The shower in my room took a while to run warm .

The breakfast was excellent with the option of alternatives to the standard breakfast. Only 5 minutes walk to the town centre. I liked having on site parking which very few places in Looe seem to have.
