We were very warmly welcomed by Ron as we arrived early. He immediately talked us through the local area and how to get about. We loved the room the view was fantastic and the breakfast was beautiful. Each morning we had fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee and a choice of cereals. Kay made us poached eggs and smoked salmon as we don't eat red meat. Ron gave us wine as we checked in, he is an amazing character and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations.

The room was very clean, well equipped and furnished to a high, classy standard. The breakfast was very tasty with high quality ingredients. The view from the bedroom was great across the trees and river.
The walk into town was about 10 minutes but without a footpath for a short way with an awkward road crossing at one point. Parking at the hotel is limited but the owner was very helpful in assisting you to manover.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, fresh fruit cocktail was nice.
Daily musical chairs with cars was a nightmare, not enough parking space. Locatoon is on the main road, so dangerous walk to town, and very noisy in the early morning. No garden or facility to sit outside the property, photos were misleading. Owner could be abrupt, ie, leave the key in the door when you go, no communicatoon on departure.
Following the comments from the owner which are entirely false, I can only say, stay at this venue at your peril. It’s a waste of your money, he is a liar!
