Booked the Standard King Room (no sea view) & it was charming with lovely updated decor, king size bed & very clean. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast (in the sunny breakfast room) was fabulous with lots of choices . Location is awesome (just across the road from the water) & in the centre of everything to look at in Looe. So pretty. Car parking was as described online with parking in the loading bay opposite the guesthouse, check in then drive to the public 24 hour carpark 5 mins away (reasonable rates). We took only what we needed for our overnight stay & left the suitcases in the car so we didn't have to lug suitcases upstairs. Loved staying here, highly recommended.

Excellent cooked breakfast, lovely bacon and sausages.
Some fat free choices like skimmed milk and fat free yoghurt.

The room was perfect in theme, and the building is right besides the harbour.
Quite some light passes through the curtains in the morning, and our room was right beside the breakfast room with a door that did not isolate sound at all; so quite an early morning.
