Very comfortable accommodation with an excellent breakfast. Lovely bedroom. A little bit further out of Newcastle than I thought but still walkable (approx 20 mins). I stayed for 2 nights, leaving before breakfast time on the last morning. Diana very kindly left me a flask of hot water, milk, cereal & fruit on my last morning. I like the personal touch of meeting the host, both on arrival and at breakfast time.

Very well supplied with complimentary toiletries and teas/coffees. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with both continental and cooked breakfast provided.
