Vegan options for breakfast great. Issues with cruelty free milk. Having asked at reception I was given a tiny jug, having mentioned this being tiny, staff suggested I come back to get more. I also made it clear on booking that we were vegan. We did bring our own coffee.
Breakfast staff were great, especially on the Saturday morning. Please let them know.
Staff on carrying our bags out on the Saturday could have opened the doors but chose to continue to chatter.
No vegan options in the room. The biscuits and milk were not cruelty free.

Modern hotel close to motorway, easy to get to tourist spots in the area.
Slow to respond to issues. Had a problem in the shower, the drainage wasn't working properly until I removed the cap on the outlet. Reported it but nobody came to look. On another day the room was refreshed to extent that a new towel was put in the bathroom plus a new toilet role however we needed two towels and the bathroom was not cleaned, or even wiped over. I reported this to the reception and was told that another towel would be taken to the room while we were at dinner. When we arrived back the other towel hadn't arrived. Had to go back to Reception and one was provided.
