Great neighborhood and walking distance to everything! Close to main street if you want to take the bus. Near great restaurants, gelato shops, coffee, etc
We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our fourth trip to Rome and we will absolutely book this apartment when we return. Check in was completely stress free because we had Angelo, our host, arrange for pick up at the airport, so our driver handed us off to him and he was there when the car pulled up.
The apartment is historic and charming, and carefully restored. The kitchen and bath are modest but functional. Plenty of hot water. We didn’t cook at all, because we were in the heart of historic Rome.
In any direction there were shops and restaurants. Our very first night, we arrived late and exhausted, so we just went downstairs to the wine bar. We had wonderful tapas there and incredible wine.
We are not young, and my husband is not big on walking. So when I say it’s an easy walk to the major sites, believe it! Campo Di Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Castillo di St Angelo, the Vatican. Even Trevi Fountain.
The apartment was close enough to come home for a rest and go back out. Or for my husband to take a nap while I went exploring.
The wine bar downstairs is very popular, and with good reason. The street was silent by midnight and the sounds wafting up were people have conversations, no music or loud noises. So we were not disturbed by it. In fact I found it comforting.
Angelo also arranged our ride back to the airport, and was very kind and communicative during our stay.

I cannot express my thanks to Angelo for his hospitality and help during our stay. He was an excellent host. He is fluent in English and naturally Italian but probable other languages as well. He met us at the door when we arrived in transportation that he arranged. He showed us the apartment.
The apartment is located in an old Roman neighborhood perfect for a stay to learn about how Romans live and work. Just what we wanted to do.
The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The local stores are also just as friendly and helpful. Most of them speak or understand English as well as other languages.
The bus route is nearby. A 3 day pass works best. However we weee pressed for time so we used a taxi or Uber ride. Mainly because of our tours scheduled with Viator we were running late most of the time.
During the day you need to allow more time to get somewhere than normal. Traffic can be slow during the day and especially at rush hour. Plan on extra time at the tourist venues. Also, book your tours ahead of time or you will spend most of your time waiting on line.
You are about 4 blocks form Campa de Flouria square, open market at the square, and the French Embassy. You have Ashley walk to the Vatican and Plaza de Navarro. There are many coffee bars, restaurants and other stores nearby the apartment.
If there is a downside, I’d say one of the couches (sofa) and mattress needs to be upgraded. Definitely a great place to stay and explore Rome.

We loved our stay here. Angelo was very timely in responses and made the check in process go very smoothly The apartment is located in a great local neighborhood with proximity to several restaurants, shops and a small grocery store which was very convenient. We would highly recommend it

We lived like a local in this very spacious central apartment. The location was in Rome’s old quarter handy to Piazza Navona, the Vatican and the Tiber River. The bed was firm but comfortable. The street below us was bustling day and night so if you are looking for a silent spot this won’t tick your box. There were plenty of eateries handy and the bus stop was a short walk away. A great base to explore this mighty city. Angelo was an excellent host and we appreciated being able to store our luggage at the apartment until our later connection on departure day. Kind gestures like that make traveling so much easier. Thank you.

The host did an excellent job commmunicating with us before and during our stay. He even coordinated transportation from the airport and let us check our bags into the room early. The room had beautiful features from when it was originally built, and was exceptionally clean. Great views to the street, minimal stairs to get to the room, and multiple security doors that made you feel safe. Would definitely return!

Cannot beat the location of Angelo’s apartment. Ten minute walk to most sites in any direction. It’s very unique and had everything we needed.

Prior to our stay, Angelo provided excellent communication and was wonderful assisting us for our stay. He arranged a transfer from the airport which helped so much! Rosario greeted us upon our arrival to the apartment and gave us a tour of the apartment and provided a map to all the popular attractions to see in Rome. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated with a rustic Italian antique decor and was accommodating with all the necessities and even included Netflix for my teen daughter to watch in the evening before bed. The location was perfect walking distance to the center with all the best attractions, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! Highly recommend!

This apartment was exactly as advertised and exactly what the 3 of us needed. Great location. We had one issue and it was fixed immediately. There was a bike race the day of arrival and the host came to meet our taxi to walk us to the location. I would recommend!

Apartment was in a great location for walking to major sites. There is a great pastry shop 2 blocks away that opens at 7:30 so we started each day there. Good restaurants were nearby as well. We used the washing machine in the apartment but we didn’t do any cooking since options for eating out were unlimited.

We stayed at this property for two weeks. It’s in a great location in a lively neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby, a couple gelato places, and even a grocery store or two. If you want to live like a local, you’ll love staying here. Angelo is extremely responsive and very accommodating. I was concerned with getting transportation to the airport at 3:00am, but he was able to make that happen! Thanks, Angelo!!

Bustling street with a great nouveau wine bar a couple doors down. Easy access to popular sites. Host Angelo is very helpful and gracious. Will stay again if we make it back to Rome!

The location couldn’t be better. The apartment would be better suited for a couple than 2 singles as one of us had to sleep on a not very comfortable fold out couch. Anglo was very helpful when contacted. The kitchen is extremely limited and only really good for making coffee and tea. We found it strange that we had to contact Anglo every time we wanted to d just the heat.

Great flat in the heart of Rome. The flat is located in a busy neighborhood with night life. I would stay there again.

Our host Angelo had us a warm welcome, giving us good advice and quick answers afterwards. The appartement had a beautiful historic style and was perfectly located. One step away from wine bar, café, restaurants and historic attractions. I would suggest to bring ear plugs as being in a city center in an ancient building is obviously noisy.

If you are looking for a super modern apartment just keep looking. If you like to experience living in Rome just book it. Location is great there are nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Angelo was helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great neighborhood
Angelo’s communication was great and he made every effort to help me when we deal with flight delays and a change in check in time. We had everything we needed to cook small meals and be comfortable. The AC and wifi worked great even in the heat wave while we were there. The neighborhood has restaurants, small super market, bars, access to taxi stand about 2 blocks away. The middle room was completely pitch black and we got great sleep in there. I had a few questions about the washing machine and garbage and Angelo answered them right away. Long story short we had a great time- thank you Angelo and Rosaria!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment which is in a cute street of Rome with lots of locals and a few tourists, despite being walking distance of all the major sights.
The apartment had everything we needed and it was very pleasant.
Angelo was super helpful arranging our transfer from and to the airport and providing any information we requested during our stay.
For those who are light sleepers, there is a restaurant downstairs that gets pretty noisy at night but if you close the windows it’s not bad and it’s all over by midnight. Kind of inevitable when you’re in downtown Rome where there are more restaurants and bars per street than private homes!
All in all highly recommend!

This apartment is on a very popular little street. I would describe it as a trendy neighborhood. The wine shop on the street is very busy. You could hear people laughing and enjoying the wine while sitting on the outdoor tables. It was a nice setting.
The apartment was a short walk to the Vatican and hop on busses.
The host was very helpful with transportation and needs while we were there.
Shops and restaurants nearby which made our stay relaxing.

If you're looking for fancy coffee maker and a mini bar then you're probably better off at a "luxury" hotel but if you are after a true local experience then this place is it. Wonderfully authentic Roman apartment on a side street within minutes walk from everything. Comfortable and very reasonably priced.
Our host was easy to communicate with and provided a smooth check in process including arranging for a ride from the airport. The kitchen is basic and typical for an apartment like this. Definitely adequate for fixing breakfast and light meals. After all you are in Rome and there is little point in eating dinner in.

Lovely, central location close to everything!
Lovely apartment to call home while my husband and I spent 4 days in Rome. We could walk pretty much anywhere within 5-10 minutes. Great little wine bar and tea shop just downstairs. Bed is firm so just be aware of that if you need a softer mattress. Would’ve been nice to have some coffee available for our first morning but otherwise the kitchen has all the basics. Washer came in handy but know you have to line dry (so plan ahead!) Angelo was so gracious with our ever changing arrival time due to changing train/plane schedules and kindly arranged transportation back to the airport for us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot for a short or longer stay in Rome.

The flat is in an excellent position within walking distanxeall of the eternal city's more important monuments. There are plenty of little cafes, restaurants and quirky shops around where it is possible to experience the less monumental side of Rome. Angelo, the owner is a charming host, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our flight back home was late in the evening, but he let us leave our luggage in the flat past the checkout time, which was really impt for us. We had a really terrific time in Rome snd no hiccups!

Rome apartment
The apartment was pretty centrally located between the sights. It had everything you could need for a short stay, except laundry detergent. The washing machine was very loud and took a long time to wash clothes, which could be inconvenient since the owner requested we not leave while the machine was running as they wanted the water turned off as soon as it quit running. This may have only been a temporary situation until they could get the plumbing fixed though. Having a washing machine was the number one amenity we needed. It was essential to being able to pack light. The machine did wring the cloths thoroughly though so they didn’t take long to dry. Other than that the apartment was perfect for our needs. The owners seemed very nice
