We’re excited to host you in our apartment, where we’ve implemented enhanced sanitation procedures in line with the guidelines from the Italian Health Authorities and the World Health Organization (WHO). Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself – no shared spaces with other guests.

If you’re looking for a cozy and quiet place to relax and recharge while being immersed in the charm of Rome, this apartment is the perfect fit. Clean, central, and full of character, it’s ideal for couples, friends, or small families.
Located in the very heart of Rome’s Historic Center, the apartment is framed by iconic landmarks: Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Pantheon — all just a short walk away.
Public transportation is also convenient: the bus stop is only 100 meters from the building, and there’s a 24-hour taxi stand nearby.

The apartment is on the first floor of a charming 18th-century building. It has been recently renovated, revealing original wooden ceilings and terracotta brick walls from the 1700s — a blend of history and modern comfort.
You’ll find:
- A bright, spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm / 63 x 79 inches) with a hypoallergenic mattress, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dining table. The room is air-conditioned.
- A cozy living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, antique furnishings (including an elegant 1800s chest of drawers), and a 40" LCD TV with English channels. Air conditioning is also available here.
- A modern bathroom with a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the utensils you may need.
You’ll also enjoy FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and independent heating.
Bed linens and towels are included.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by Angelo or Rosaria, who will personally welcome you and help you get settled in. They’ll share local tips, recommend hidden gems, and assist you in planning your stay — giving you the feeling of having your own private local guide.

The city of Rome charges a tourist tax of €6 per person per night. The tourist tax applies only to the first 10 nights of stay in case of bookings longer than 10 nights. The tourist tax will be collected at check in.

If you dream of staying in an Italian neighborhood. This is it. Right in the heart of Rome ! Walking distance to every major attraction. Google maps work great, As the streets are a bit confusing. Angelo the owner is always a text away with any questions you might have. He arranged pickup at the FCO Airport and pickup from the Apartment to the cruise port in Civitavecchia. The apartment is spacious, old like 1700s. Washing machine with English instructions. Drying is clothes line. Perfect for a couple, maybe a couple small kids. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Angelo...

The host, Angelo, was very responsive to any questions we had. Property was as described. Instructions to access apartment were very clear, supplemented with photos. It was rather hot when we were there, so the air conditioning was a great plus.

Thus apartment was very convenient and nearby many restaurants and historical sites. The owner of the property was very helpful and the neighborhood felt secure and inviting to us. It felt like you weee part if the neighborhood and it was very easy to get in and out of to explore The Eternal City.

All was what was expected. We didn't do any cooking. Angelo provided 3 huge bottles of water in fridge, which was so appreciated. Also, he had a map of Rome on wall with locations of sights and a suggestion list of where to eat etc. He was available at all times to assist.
