O atendimento e a cordialidade de toda a equipe foram incríveis! As indicações dos passeios e o pronto atendimento a qualquer pedido fizeram a diferença. A piscina com a vista para o Morro do Pico é fenomenal.

Amazing hotel, the staff are all so welcoming and friendly. The hotel room is perfect, we rented a buggy but you are within walking distance to some gorgeous restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and we had lunch and dinner there one of the nights, really good food, the view is spectacular!

staff was wonderful and friendly. they did everything to make my stay more comfortable. free coffee. Close walk to farmacia and açaí shop.
NO WIFI, never able to get connected. Advise property to remove WiFi from property description. Frustrated since I couldn’t work from property, had to walk to a shop nearby.
Floors were not as clean, quite dusty.
Bed and pillows were not comfortable. They squeezed two beds together, one side more comfortable. Extremely small bathroom.
