This hotel is a bit rustic, but overall it’s a nice place to stay. One big plus is the gym — not many hotels on the island have one — so that was great to have. There’s also a decent pool and an on-site restaurant, which made things convenient.
The staff is very friendly and genuinely tries to be helpful. Every day around 5 p.m., they offer a complimentary tea time with tea, coffee, and small island treats, which is a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of options, and we enjoyed it.
There was one small issue during our stay: when I asked for extra shampoo and more cups, there seemed to be a language barrier and the items never arrived, which was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, we had a nice stay and a good overall experience.
