The food was excellent, our whole group loved the variety and quality of the food, at the breakfast buffet as well as the a-la-carte dinner menu.
The staff is very courteous and polite, the service was a 10/10 in general.
Location: right beside the mall, this mall has everything, after exploring other shopping complexes and markets, we came back here since everything is available under one roof.
Nothing.
Not to do with the hotel itself: Beware of chain snatchers on scooters/bikes on the main road close to the hotel.

Staff, Service, Cleaness, Location and Breakfast = 9/10
The toilet and bathroom were right next to the Bed and the sink was located outside which was very inconvenient.
The accessibility to the room upstairs was terrible with very narrow passage and the stair steps were too small to step on posing a huge safety risk coming downstairs especially in the night.
