Clean and large

Nice design, room had windows with normal view. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Bathroom was nice. I liked the free bubbled water in the fridge. Nice and quiet area. Location was very convenient for me.
There were a few times during my weekend stay that the elevator wasn't accessible. Either cause there were other people waiting in front of me (elevator is small) or someone was using it on another floor or I don't know why. I had my room on 3rd floor so it was ok, had I had it on 6th I would be super annoyed.
I would appreciate hair conditioner and slippers (they were supposed to be in the room).
My breakfast experience was so-so. I waited 25 min for my egg Benedict, even though it was only me and some other table that already had their food. And it was a bit too salty and egg was done too hard - the yolk was not liquid. And it was quite expensive and small. So in the end Lidl was a better choice for breakfast :<

The location is on point, short walk to the U bahn and trams. Rooms are clean and well fitted. Staff are attentive but not intrusive. My go to hotel in Vienna

Good location, minimalist room, no TV, no fridge, no coffee maker. Excellent breakfast ( not included
Very dirty carpet. Full of stains. Staff unresponsive to that complaint.
