Modern, well-equipped apartment that is very well suited for a family of four. The property is well maintained and communication was very easy. Room available to store luggage before check in on site. Apartment is not located in the center but great access using public transportation.

Comfortable mattresses on the main bed and couch. Staff responsive to service request. Access to parking.
No blackout curtains or shutters in bedroom. Pillows very uncomfortable. Strongly scented sheets and towels. Shower head was cracked but they did replace it after a couple of requests.

group of friends greatly enjoyed the spacious apartment, with several bedrooms and 2 showers and toilets. kitchenette was equipped well enough for prepping simple meals, clean, comfortable, quiet, convenience of getting in and out of property and luggage room was a big plus.

Apartment is very clean. Kitchen and basic utensils are provide. Supermarket just across the property. Near tram stop. Near the Prater amusement park.
Nothing, almost perfect. (Maybe except the thin pillow)
