Nice hotel for a city-trip. Hotel is near Prater park and the metro. So easy to get to city of airport. Breakfast was very good.
Hotel did not have airconditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable in the very hot summer I stayed there. The hotel did provided a fan in the room.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Location away from centre but within easy reach of metro and tram stops.
Stayed at hotel during heatwave so air con in room would have helped with sleeping. I understand this is not normal weather conditions but may need considering if global changes continue.

Very nice staff, happy hour and location.
Breakfast is chaos, layout doesnt work. Everyone bumping into each other. One 2 slice toaster for 40 people. Not enough hot options. Dont pay for it, go elsewhere. Shower in room has no extractor fan or window. Damp and mould smell. Shower glass doesnt stop bathroom floor soaking. Room gets suffocating as its air tight with door shut. Had to keep opening window for fresh air. Sound proofing between rooms is very poor. Floors creak. Spring matress was horribly uncomfortable.
