Vatican is very close. All important bus connections are just on hand.
There are many breakfast places around - you will find your choice.
As well as many restaurants. Some of them with a necessity to book in advance, but you can always find some nice place to have a dinner with friends.
My recommendation 👍

The location was very convenient. Also, we were greeted and got explanation about the area and everything we needed to know
Would be nice to add bathroom hangers for the towels

The location is very central and well connected via bus to any tourist attraction.
Many services exist nearby and we did not look long for anything. We sampled the local restaurants and gelateria, and we used the local grocery stores quite often.
I enjoyed hiking up the back way to the top of Janiculum hill over the Aurelian wall.
The host was very helpful.
We don't have many bad things to say about the place.
