The owner is fantastic with her communication skills. She his quick and very accommodating. The location is absolutely fantastic and safe. Close to a train station either Roma S.Pietro or Ottaviano-S.Pietro. But we just walked everywhere to a bunch of restaurants just around the corner. Do not hesitate to rent these properties. Added Bonus, Shoutout to Emanuele who greats you at the property and gives you the tour. He's a well of knowledge when it comes to Rome. Pick his brain for suggestions and things to do. Just a wonderful experience.
Nothing. Just keep in mind that this property is located at the top of hill. and then down some stairs to the property. If you are limited physically in anyway. you might want to consider renting a vehicle or using some sort of transportation to the property.
