A hotel that costs that much should provide complimentary breakfast for it's guests.

There was no water bottle in the bar fridge... water doesn't cost that much. Should have at least a bottle of water in every room

Very surprised

The restaurant serves some exquisite authentic Indian food. Big fan :)

Only thing was very minor things ie toilet roll holder loose or door not shutting properly. But for the most part was excellent.

Good cheaper place to stay at least in POM when compared. The bond fee refund was bonus as well

Rest and feast at the Shady Inn!

Great place to stay. Fantastic food and coffee and bakery. Yum!

The aircon didnt work and the TV remote and TV buttons were all broken we had to use a spoon. There was NO breakfast served to us.

The room setup, quietness and the privacy.

Overall, I like everything. However, the last time checked-in, the refrigerator wasn't stocked before my room allocation. I would suggest confirming with the house keeping staff before room allocation to the guests.

Exceptional

Did not have breakfast. Good location close shopping centers, sporting facilities, health facilities with easy easy access to transportation. Gift shop, hair saloon and Mr Mike's pizza on premises. Friendly staff. Great location.

Shower/bath not suitable for people with disabilities. The management should consider disability access and perhaps redesign one or two rooms especially for people living disability. Disability parking would be great too. Wifi did not work.

Apart from the unfair rates and electrical issues I enjoyed my stay at Shady Rest hotel

I think the staff were great and security and control made my stay very comfortable. The rooms were spacious enough and would be great had I not experienced slight difficulties with the aircon and TV.

Firstly, I booked online and paid at a reduced rate. When I tried to extend my stay at the same rate I was charged at the standard rate which I felt was a little unfair. I stayed on for a night and sought other options soon after this. Had I been offered the same special rate, I would've stayed longer and I would most certainly choose Shady Rest on my next visit, not just out of convenience, but out of choice.

Improvements required

The service but I would be better if clients are offered either a free breakfast or dinner when booked there as a complement. Just a suggestion.

The air-conditioning needs to be replaced as it seems very old.

Amazing stay

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and very welcoming. The food was great and customer service was excellent.

An Excellent place to be chosen for comfort and safety.

Excellent offer and service and would be happy to check in again in the near future. I was not aware of the Airport pickup and drop off until checkout time which will also be utilized in the near future.

All were good. May be when I come regularly I will figure out.

Shady rest delivers first class services and provides you the luxury you desire.

I usually have my dinner at shady rest and the curry dishes in the restaurant are by far the best in town.

Room service seems okay but needs a little more promptness when calling in for service. Other then that my stay felt exceptally first class.
