About this condo rental
Located in Torch Lake, this attractive condo for $195 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This property sits directly on Clam Lake. Awesome Summer getaway! Clam Lake is on a chain of Lakes 5 Lakes (including Torch Lake) & 3 Rivers all for your boating and fishing enjoyment. You have beautiful views of the water immediately when you open the door. You can even view the Torch Lake sunset right from the sitting area. You will find everything you need to cook a full meal. Sleeping arrangements include queen Murphy bed (looks like brown armoire) and a queen sofa sleeper. Come enjoy northern Michigan in the winter months also. Much to do.....skiing, tubing, snow shoe, wander from winery to winery and brewery to brewery. Outdoor activities are just minutes away (Boating, Golf, Trails for biking & hiking, Skiing, Snowmobiling and great small towns to explore) . For the boating enthusiasts, the public launch is 1 mile down the road East. There are many options for boat rentals in the area. Boat slips are available for rent at Dewitt Marina across the lake. Fourth of July Fireworks are spectacular! Set off on the South end of Torch Lake. These can also be viewed from the docks in Alden. Be sure to take a stroll through Alden for some light shopping and a very large ice cream from Higgins General store. A must is a visit to Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. Bikers and runners alike have some very hilly roads around. For a nice hilly hike or bike in the woods check out Glacial Hills trails less than 10 minutes drive. Fall colors are incredible and this area has spectacular golf courses as well. Winter activities including skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, snow shoe, etc. Enjoy!

The condo was an excellent stay, especially for boaters. The condo was very clean, spacious and well cared for. The slip was fairly shallow but comfortably fit our 23’ boat. Would love to return in the future!

This was the perfect spot to spend a few days relaxing. The sunsets from the t dock were stunning and sitting in the sandy area with our feet in the water was perfection. It’s a quick drive into town where you’ll find anything you need along with delicious food and great shops.
10/10 on cleanliness in the condo which is at the top of my priority list. Hands down the cleanest place I’ve rented. It had everything we needed, too. The thought the owners have put into stocking the condo for renters is beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Forgot your makeup remover? Theres some in the bathroom. Stained your shirt with mustard from Short’s? Stain remover in the cabinet. It was like a home away from home!
Knowing how well cared for the property is we will be renting again.

Overall this property was ideally located, nice quiet lake, near restaurants/Torch Lake, close to many small towns, nicely stocked, VERY clean. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions and fabulous the entire time. The kids (8 & 6) loved playing by the pier and the majority of residents at the Condo were extremely friendly. The only 4 star item would be that you may not leave one single thing outside. Life jackets, water shoes, etc to dry. We had to put wet items in the condo or in our vehicle. We had to take the Lilly Pad out of the truck one day so my husband could run to town and within an hour an owner, mind you, not the owner of the condo Lisa, but another owner had taken a picture and sent to her. We promptly moved it of course but this type of thing put us on high alert to not make anyone upset and negatively impacted our neighborhood score and frankly made us paranoid. The neighbors who were so kind actually apologized to us for the not so great ones, which did help us relax a little.
Again, owner was amazing and we would definitely stay at other properties owned/managed by her.

This condo is immaculate!! Very nicely decorated and in a perfect location. My wife and I loved having use of the dock to park our boat. We enjoyed the central location to golf courses, dining, wineries and of course, Torch Lake. We will definitely be back if it's available!

Great place to stay, super clean and super convenient. Close to Bellaire and the restaurants and wineries and brewpubs. Greatest feature for us was the included slip so we could keep our boat there. Gorgeous views especially at sunset from the dock and the boat. Would highly recommend this place especially for a couples weekend or a small family.

It was a little smaller than we anticipated, but we adjusted quickly. It perfectly describes "lake house"! We had so much fun here, despite quite a few cleanliness issues that I just took care of myself. My daughter also found a fishhook the wrong way in the kitchen rug, ouch! I cleaned up after our stay the way I would want it to be if I were the next guest(s). Overall, we were mostly pleased with the property, were sad to leave, but hope we can use it again the future.

This condo is amazing! Everything you could need and more, with a fantastic view! Lisa was very attentive to our needs, very easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about our time there! Bellaire is such a fun little town and you have to go to Short’s while you’re there! Amazing food and good beer! We would highly recommend this unit!

Very clean, like new condo with a boat slip steps away. The location was perfect for our water exploration of the chain of lakes, and a close drive to Traverse City, Charlerovoix,, and other fun waterfront towns. The water view from the condo was beautiful. Everything we could have needed was included. Loved every minute.

I've stayed at many condos for vacations and this one by far had literally everything you needed. The owners did a wonderful job of making our stay feel like home. They touched base with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. It was an absolutely cute little condo that has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Great for 4, boat slip is easy to find and super close to the launch. Great place to crash after hitting the lake for the day. Close enough to walk to dockside! Appreciated Lisa's quick responses to messages. Thanks!

Great spot to stay. Having a place to dock the boat was important for us and worked out great. Very clean. Perfect for the two of us. Accurate pics and description. Great communication from the owner. Plenty of things to do and places to visit within an hr drive if you want a non lake day. Would definitely stay again.

Very new appliances and new room decor. Well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Beautiful view of Clam lake from room. Short drive to Dockside Bar & Grill on Torch Lake, and 11 miles to Bellaire for more restaurants and a movie theatre.

Perfect!!
Everything about this condo is perfect. Extremely clean and cozy. The Murphy bed is very comfortable and has nice soft clean white sheets. The views of Clam Lake are absolutely stunning. Loved the outside seating/fire pit area. Very comfy adirondack chairs available to sit around the fire. We rented a pontoon for 2 days from Butchs Marina and they allowed us to dock it at the condo overnight. We also played cornhole on the grassy area. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Perfect spot to enjoy boating!
Condo was just as described. Simply lovely and having a dock right out front for our boat was a plus! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans. Owner was easy and quick to communicate with questions and check in process was a breeze. I would only suggest the use of a grill be provided but other than that the place is perfect to enjoy Clam and Torch Lakes.
