We provide complimentary tea and coffee.  Regular Check-in at the Hotel's front desk. The apartment looks exactly as shown on the pictures. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. There is an assigned self parking spot that is free of charge or you can utilize the valet parking at $45 per day charged by the front desk. YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL AMENITIES OF THE HOTEL. We wanted to let you know in advance as this will not affect your stay (and they do not work on the weekends) however you may see the work trucks hauling sand to various parts of the beach and laying it down. We like to keep our guests fully informed of any projects from the hotel so there are no surprises upon arrival or during your stay. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250. DON'T FORGET: Bring an umbrella. Miami may average a balmy 77 degrees, but it also sees its fair share of rainstorms — about 128 days each year. You can walk to many areas in Key Biscayne, or if you choose to explore downtown Miami by car and walk to the many shops, restaurants and vendors. KIDS: The Ritz Kids program offers fun activities for children ages 5–12. Activities are customized to the age of each child but include fun events like face painting, animal shows, magic shows, poolside games, arts and crafts, kickball and even live “mermaids” by the pool.
