great property, great views, bonus special rum bar with awesome bar tenders. esp Alex!

room was dated but I've noticed this about a lot of Ritz places. Property makes up for it.

i tipped 20+ % on top of a auto 20% gratuity that was not pointed out to me. My fault for not noticing but server should have mentioned.

Overrated

The view. That’s about it. For the price it was overrated in my opinion.

Property was great other than a broken curtain that wouldn’t go down and a clogged bathtub. I was there for one night so I didn’t brother complaining in the moment until after my stay to let them know as a curtesy and was met with hostile and defensive manger of the unit when asked for a partial refund. Which was fair given I paid almost 500 dollars a night for a curtain that wouldn’t go down.

Las instalaciones del hotel Ritz Carlton son excelentes, frente a la playa, el personal es amabilísimo

Pagamos U$S 2.889,46 por cuatro noches en un Ocean View Studio, pero el studio tenía una sola ventana con una cortina black-out que no se podía abrir ya que tenía el mecanismo roto. Hicimos el reclamo y nos dijeron que no la podían reparar ni cambiar durante nuestra estadía en Key Biscayne. Booking nos ofrece un reembolso de U$S 250 pero no es un reembolso satisfactorio en lo más mínimo ya que no tuvimos la posibilidad de ver el océano desde el studio, ni siquiera tuvimos luz natural en toda nuestra estadía.

Tem uma vista linda e boa localização para ficar na praia. Mas o custo benefício péssimo.

Não tem serviço de atendimento quarto, sequer tiram o lixo ou arrumam camas. Cobram preço de hotel 5 estrelas mas não é. O hotel não tem serviço nenhum, o concierge não funciona, a recepção não funciona. Nem Wi-Fi conecta. Péssimo!
