James was an excellent host and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful visit from start to finish. He was very responsive to all communication. The suite was very clean and above expectations. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

Excellent experience at this property. Everything was at our fingertips. The amenities were all as described and James was very responsive. Parking is good and the Ritz Carlton’s service is impeccable. The nice surprise was that the residence’s receive exactly the same service in amenities as the hotel. Love this place! James is a five star host.
