Very nice location in Delft. Staff very helpful and very polite.
No lift which is not very convenient when you have several luggages to handle.

Fantastically friendly staff from reception to breakfast ladies. Unique concept in historic buildings. Extraordinary breakfast selection and great location
We felt privileged with an upgrade to the bridal suite but....it must have been the most distasteful room I have ever stayed in. The person responsible for the design must have another day job I hope...
It was also stonecold when we came in, maybe because they weren't expecting guests. We had to go and get extra bedding from reception upon return from a wonderful dinner out
