Everything was great - location is perfect. Can easily cross the river or stay on this side closer to the train. Plenty of shopping and eating nearby. All staff was very nice.

Location great, room nice and modern, front desk staff lovely in pressing circumstances
The first room they gave us not been cleaned (dirty tissues in the bin, half drunk water and glass by the bed, bed not made). They quickly put us in another room and apologised for the cleaning error. But it left a bit of an ick. The staff were busy dealing with a few guests who were not happy with their rooms including a special princess who doesn’t realise there are other people in the world. I felt for the staff having to deal with that with patience. I couldn’t. Hotel felt dated outside the rooms and was very noisy so not that restful.
