Breakfast plentiful and all food well presented. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Great Location. Excellent shower in deluxe room. Large screen tv. Plenty of fish options.
The sun beds being saved by guests, although I found them basic and uncomfortable, and was unable to sit by the pool, very disappointed. The main pool had no shallow end so did not suit us.
We expected a few vegetarian complete meals ready to choose from. We had to order them or make do with a plate of veggies. Very small balcony for a deluxe room!

Artiem Audax was by far one of my favorite stays ever! From the friendly hospitality to the wide variety of selection at breakfast and overall cleanliness of the structure, everything was truly perfect. The water refill stations were great and the towels provided by the hotel for the pool and beach were also a helpful extra. We were pleasantly surprised by our visit to the spa for the full circuit! The overall experience was relaxing and the atmosphere and features in the spa are top-notch.

breakfast
old rooms, mold in the bathroom, there was never any valet driver available, or bell boy to bring up my luggage or take it back down. overpriced hotel for not offering that level of service. they also never answered phone calls or emails leading up to my stay and i ended up sending a package to the hotel with hopes it would arrive but when i asked the front desk in person they confirmed then that packages don't usually get delivered to the property. i would have never sent my package there had they answered my queries about delivery service/experience.
