Very close location to the most beautiful Beaches of Menorca. Up to 5 beautiful Beaches can be reached on foot. We got an upgraded room, which was excellent for our stay.

The food is good. The pool exercise is interesting.The show at every night is gorgeous.

There isn’t a nice beach to relax. One of the beaches in the other side of the bridge is not good enough.

I really appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff was. As soon as we reported a few issues — the broken window, the door that wasn’t closing properly, and the clogged sink — they took immediate action and were very supportive. They were also incredibly kind in bringing us some Tachipirina during the night when we had a high fever, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, the beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant.

What I didn’t particularly appreciate is that the property feels somewhat outdated considering the high price. I was expecting a higher standard in terms of amenities — for example, there was no iron, and items like bathrobes and slippers were not provided, which I would normally expect from this type of hotel. The shower was also quite uncomfortable, and essential toiletries were not adequately supplied. Additionally, they do not even provide complimentary bottles of water upon arrival, which is usually a basic gesture at this level, and there is no proper way to hang swimsuits to dry. Both breakfast and dinner were rather mediocre. While there is a wide variety of options, the overall quality of the food is quite low. Another downside is the cost of beverages at dinner, which are excessively expensive — for instance, half a liter of sparkling water costs €5. Unsurprisingly, very few people purchase them, and I would not recommend doing so, especially considering that the overall price of the stay is already quite high.
