All areas were bright, clean and welcoming. The staff were very attentive, pleasant and professional. There were a lot of pools to choose from and there were enough bars and food around.
The food was standard, lacked a bit of flavour. There were not enough facilities and activities for younger children around 2 and 3 years old.

Food was absolutely amazing, recommend the hotel for the food alone.
I book the place for its location, and it didn't disappoint. Beach was great, near facilities and beautiful nature.
Plenty of swimming pools to choose. the 2 main ones had shaded and sunny areas, great for babies and kids. Shows were great and entertaining.
The room was simple and spacious, didn't spend to much time in there.
Bathroom had mould in the roof, but not a deal break.

The staff is not customer-oriented and doesn't resolve issues; the room was old and terrible—nothing like the photos on Booking—and I had actually booked a completely different, new room.
