Design, staff, restaurant . Food fantastic
Pool is at best a plunge pool with crammed chairs.
Terrace at the room is useless

The garden, spa and pool area.
The bathroom was not private in the room. Glass walls.
Service it not a 5 star. An example of our issue with the service: We booked the spa on our last day for 10.00-11.00 (the night before) so we could meet our check out time at 12.00. Reception she said we booked it for 11.00 and that we could then have it at 1030 if we wanted because it was not booked yet. Perfect. At 10.30 we went to ask for the spa key and reception said we could have a late check out and they booked it to another guest, we had gave them the wrong time. Instead of being accountable for a common and understandable mistake, they "blamed'' or shifted the issue and said we gave them the wrong time. Their solution was to offer a late check-out.
When saying the mis-communication was on our fault, we thought this was the wrong way to handle the situation at a 5-star hotel. We then felt uncomfortable and decided to just leave the hotel then. This is not a major issue, but spending 370 euros a night, we thought it wasn't 5-stars. After our stay here, we stayed at two other 5 star hotels in Mallorca, and really contrasted the difference between 4/5 star service.
Futhermore we are had a family emerency before this stay, and wasn't able to stay at the hotel for all the nights we booked. We called the hotel the night before arrival to say we would come 2 days later instead. The lady on the phone said she would talk to owner about a refund for the two nights. Upon arrival we asked for the refund, and got the same answer again. Furthermore that we could contact booking.com. We contacted booking.com when we came home, they contacted the hotel. We then got a no for a refund from the hotel. Not good service from a 5 star hotel. We will not come back.
