The property is absolutely amazing and you do feel a warm welcome. The rooms are very clean and modern. The different pools are really nice and reserving the sunbeds in general was not permitted which was nice. The ‘older’ staff of the dining areas are really friendly but the younger generation could do with a smile ;-) The cleaning staff and pool staff were the nicest people. The kids club was amazing with a lot of variety so our kids loved the place and didn’t want to go home.
The sofa turned into a double bed was next to the hallway so a lot of noise from guest which didn’t help get the kids to sleep.
Also the double bed was made of iron stretcher, no boxsprings, which made a lot of noise getting in and out of bed.
After a couple of days the food at diner gets boring and is a bit cold to be honest, even the ‘warm’ dishes so even though we already paid, we still went out to different restaurants. Breakfast though is really overwhelming.

The big swimming pools with different depth and for children and the AC in the rooms was very good.
It was much further from the beaches than expected. They charge extra for everything, even the safety box in the room. Expensive food in the restaurant (like 18 euro for a club sandwich), when we ordered lobster rice they tried to serve us shrimp paella without telling us that there was no lobster. Minimal amenities in the rooms, no conditioner or body lotion just soap and shampoo, not even a hair dryer.
