Lovely location near beaches and excellent staff. Rooms were spacious with balconies and drying racks for bathing suits. Bottle refill water stations on every floor, as the tap water wasn't good.
Everything was an upcharge. Lounger by the pool? Upcharge, if there are any available that is. Need a towel for the pool? Upcharge. There were plenty of options at the hotel restaurant but, the food was over done in most cases. Everyone in my family thought the beds were too hard, I know that's only an opinion.
Hotel is distant from the main town, especially on a 35c day.

The location was good, and it was convenient to have a restaurant on-site. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
There are a few areas that could be improved. King-size beds should ideally be a single mattress rather than two smaller beds joined together, as the separation can be noticeable and affect comfort. The pillows could also be improved. In addition, housekeeping standards could be more consistent, and some areas of the rooms would benefit from refurbishment and updating. The gluten-free breakfast options could be improved in terms of both variety and quality.
