Barefoot Hotel Mallorca

Beautiful, clean, boutique hotel in a perfect location. We loved Portocolom! Walking distance to many very good restaurants, and easy to drive to amazing beaches. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nice breakfast and the hotel restaurant (for dinner) was very good. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely come again.

It is a little pricey for the size of the room.

We had some issues with our room upon arrival, but after one day it was changed to better room, the hotel responded appropriately and professionally to the problem. Thank you very much for your attention and for resolving the issue. We wish you all the best and continued success!

The chic relaxed ambience

The hotel was extremely clean. Most of the staff were friendly. Portocolom was lovely.

The rooms are air-conditioned but the temperature is fixed at 22°C, which didn't feel cool enough for us, particularly during the warmer weather. The fridge in the room also didn't seem to keep drinks or food properly chilled. The breakfast was fairly basic, and the same could be said for the pool menu and restaurant. On Sundays, when the restaurant is closed, there aren't many dining options available at the hotel, so you really need to head out if you want more choice. There is no room service menu. Another downside was the pool area. There simply aren't enough sunbeds for the number of guests, so unless you're there when the pool opens, it's very unlikely you'll get one.
