Orange Colom - Seaside Apartments

Well located apartments with a breathtaking view from the living area and balcony over the bay to the lighthouse. The apartment is small but functional and perfectly clean on arrival. Plenty of towels and large pool/beach towel supplied plus a hairdryer. The kitchenette has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and pods plus new sponge, cloth & washing up liquid provided along with bins with liners, very helpful to have the essentials. Large, well maintained pool with a beautiful bay view. Easy check-in, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great advice on the more authentic places to travel by car on our 4 day stay. Unless you are after a pool R&R holiday, we’d say a car is essential. Portocolom is beautiful, a bay and harbour town with restaurants and shops. Lovely narrow streets lined with traditional buildings around the bay. We particularly enjoyed a traditional Spanish festival evening at a local village, market day at Felanitx and the beautiful, unspoilt Es Trenc beach. Palma was a must see for us on our way home, stunning. We will definitely be back.

No car park at the apartments, on street only so sometimes a bit of driving around and walk back. Maybe a bigger issue in high season or with children. Small issues with the apartment were the top bathroom sink drawer front was loose, on opening it came away and a slow leak from the sink pipes in to the second drawer. We also found the bedroom far too light at night to sleep well. The main stairwell lights were on all night and shone through the huge patio doors and curtains. We woke a couple of times at 3am thinking it was morning but the living area was pitch black! Thicker curtains or blinds covering the whole width would definitely help.

The property has a super chilled feel - It’s authentic and relaxing! We massively recommend it.. If you needing a relax and a chill this is the place for you! No super loud djs, just the sound of the waves (Literally!) it’s amazing!

The beach is 10 minutes away, parking is around the streets so sometimes is quite challenging to get.

Wonderful Location

The appartment is too small as of money. Didn't worth it for us.
