JS Portocolom Suites

We absolutely loved Portocolom was very authentic and peaceful location. Staff were lovely. Very comfortable beds and rooms. Great shower. Fabulous food. Bus service just outside.

Nothing really we had a wonderful holiday. Would appreciate a kettle being included and a hospitality tray and a safe being included in the overall price.

Spotless. Spacious, always sunbeds available. Accessible for disabled family member, great breakfast buffet, wonderful staff.

Maria at the reception area is super nice, kind, polite. She gave us a room which was beyond our dreams. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and simply beautiful. The pool is also very good. The dining area is nicely decorated, food and drink are super.

The view if you pay for the sea view room...

My original room was on the first floor which means at the ground level and facing to the street! You have there absolutely no privacy and they should not offer any of this kinda room! I had to pay an extra fee to change the room with a sea view. The hotel is located in front of a bunch of bars - super noisy the whole day! Food quality was not high as I expected from the 4star hotel.,, Definitely better to have dinner in the restaurant, would be cheaper and nicer! I asked the staff 3 times to turn on the air conditioner in the gym, but it never happened...
