There was a good variety of food available at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is well located for walking, bus stops and local restaurants. The room was clean and tidy. The roof bar and restaurant was really good. Nice atmosphere around the pool. My kids enjoyed the paddle boarding.

There was a serious lack of staff and we had to wait a long time to order food and drink at the pool bar. There was no waiter service for drinks in the dining room in the evening. The bar in reception was never open. We had a suite but it was very basic. The bathroom was very dark and the decor was tired.

One downside, we opted to have dinner in the hotel one night, the buffet restaurant. Was disappointing. However, breakfast was great

Would have liked water to room daily and coffee and tea replenished. There was no shop nearby to buy supplies. Especially in the scorching weather.

The location is quite good — a pleasant little town with a lovely seaside promenade nearby and beautiful views. We had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. The food was tasty and relatively varied. However, unfortunately, after the first 1–1.5 hours of service, many items would run out and were not replenished, which was disappointing. The room itself was nice — small and cozy, with a balcony overlooking palm trees. Cleaning was done daily, which we appreciated.

The biggest downside of our stay was the noise. Sadly, we didn’t get a good night’s sleep even once. If you are sensitive to noise, be prepared to sleep no more than from 1:00–1:30 AM until around 7:00 AM. The walls and windows provided no sound insulation at all. You could clearly hear neighbors talking, using the bathroom, or even being intimate. The bathroom ventilation was nonexistent, which made it very uncomfortable - at times, we had to leave the room for an hour just to cope. There was also a noisy bar right below our window, where people kept partying loudly even after it officially closed. But the most frustrating part was the behavior of the cleaning staff. Every morning at exactly 7:00 AM, they would start making noise in the hallways — dropping things, loudly filling water buckets, pushing metal carts, and talking as if nobody was sleeping around them. So, if you're considering this hotel for a relaxing vacation, be warned: you probably won’t get any rest here. One final disappointment: guests were not allowed to eat outside on the beautiful first-floor terrace with sea views. All meals had to be taken indoors, where the temperature was around 30°C, making dining quite uncomfortable.
