Really nice place with nice ppl , good location , bar ,luggage room,kitchen and all what u need

The location is absolutely perfect - right between Old Town and Kazimierz, the best places to explore. The room was fine and the view from my room was lovely.
Everything else to be honest, but mostly the staff. The staff coud have made this an amazing experience but instead they did the opposite. This hotel is run on rules, policies, and stupidity instead of logic and human decency, and god forbid customer service! I had multiple awful experiences with the staff threatening things and not being accommodating to very simple requests or concepts. Make sure to leave your room at 10:01am or they might call security on you (whether or not the cleaning staff is ready to clean your room) and don't even think about asking for a late checkout - they don't even check occupancy and outright refuse. I met a couple of travelers, and maybe the bar was more social at different hours, but I didn't experience much social life myself. Also, keep in mind there's no elevator and 5 floors, for any accessibility needs.

The facilities were very good, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the area was safe. Good lockers in the room for keeping your stuff safe, good kitchen which was very modern and even had a little balcony to eat on. This hostel is right next to the jewish quarter which is an amazing area, great bars and food spots, full of locals, very affordable.
But the hostel was incredibly loud (noise from other rooms, squeaky bed frames, creaky floor boards, everything!) so I woke up every few hours. So if good night sleep is essential, this could be an issue (though earplugs helped some!)
