Good location and modern facilities
Bathroom was a like unclean and storage for your bags in the 4 bed dorm is limited - more designed for families or one group. Especially as you need a card card to operate the electics

Good space in the room. Clean. There’re good facilities - shared kitchen, shared washing room.
Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs had some strange smell.
Keys stopped working 30 minutes before checkout.

An excellent option for a short stay in Krakow.The room was clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom.The girl at the reception, Lydia, was angelic -- extra kind and helpful. The whole place is clean and orderly even though it might feel a bit like a hostel for some people, especially in the common area, which I personally love. The building is large enough to absorb any of the extra activity so it never got too loud for us. It was a short walk to the central square and the neighborhood felt safe and cheery. If you take a train to or from the airport, the train stops really close, less than a 5 minute walk -- the next stop after Krakow Central Station.

Very bright with large windows in the dorm. Clean. New building with a modern design. The 4-women dorm had a private bathroom. Like a real hotel.
No place to hang wet towels (without mixing up with your roommates')!
