The room was a bit dated but they were extremely comfortable. We had a lovely two night stay. The staff were outstanding and catered very willing to every need.

Staff was friendly and welcoming at the reception desk , and upgraded on of our rooms to a suite which was a great surprise . love the location with a short walk to the casino and restaurants. overall we loved it and would have stayed longer if it wasn't for our trip to the Kruger park the next day . I would recommend this hotel and cant wait to return again .
Nothing loved it , it wasn't cheap but I was expecting to pay more for a top class place like this.

It presents well downstairs , the property reception & greetings from the people
Rooms are tatty & tired … R6700 for one night. Needs considerable renovations & brought up to a true 5 star. Some staff are poorly trained. Room facilities are woeful for this price. Shower bath !? No robes ? No modern lighting or adapters. Carpers are old & marked … 🤢
