Very convenient location after a long flight. Staff friendly and attentive to special needs. Breakfast is great with a wide variety of options.
The only thing I didn't like was the bed is to high.

Breakfast was very good and the staff there very friendly.
The room was clean and I had a good nights sleep despite it being right next the airport.
The gym was useful to have after a long haul flight, to get the body moving.
The check in staff were most unhelpful. I had an issue with my bank card at check in related to trying to pay with an overseas card and the security setting on my banking app. It was 11pm at night, after a long haul flight - I was exhausted and I was struggling to figure out why they couldn't take payment. Not one of the 3 check in staff had any useful suggestion of how to trouble shoot this issue. I feel surely they encounter this ALL THE TIME as they mainly deal with overseas guests. No one asked if I wanted something to drink. No one asked if I wanted some food first. I asked if we could sort it out in the morning, and they categorically said no.
