The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Swazi was patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring that we had the best possible experience. The food was very good, and the dining setup by the deck was fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
We struggled a few times to get hold of the receptionist. It may be worth considering providing the reception staff with mobile phones so they can remain reachable when away from the desk.
It would also be beneficial to provide all the butlers with dining service and etiquette training to ensure a consistently high standard of service.

The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was treating me like a part of the family. Even though, it was very far from my home, it felt like home. Goodman (Manager of the hotel) went for the morning runs with me, the chef came to ask after every meal if I liked it - everybody made sure to exceed the standard of the previous day! Absolutely delightful - 100 percent coming back.
The gym was a little bit outdated, but I found everything that I needed.

Alot to do at the venue.
doors let some noise in if you are close to the reception (especially room service calls to the reception late at night)
Door also lets in too much light and bathroom light was automatic but did not turn off throughout the night.
