The property was very clean, the staff was helpful. The environment is peaceful and very calm. Luckily the guests from Russia and locals are rather all of the higher end, so they behaved much better than in any other hotels in Egypt we experienced

The food is average,
On my stay I had 2 breakfast only but the dinner was complete.
The reason for my visit is the beach very wide and clean water
And hardly anyone uses the pool that's why the beach was
Very crowded with guests.
The quality of meat, anything leftover from dinner been
Recycled for lunch and that very bad thing I noticed that
And put my complain to the chef not to reception and only on complain to reception
About the seawater was dirty by seaweed and other rubbish
Like empty bottles, plastic bags and empty bags of crisps
And that was 2 years ago. My experience in catering management
Have to do that.but since then the beach been very clean.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hurghada Hotel, and while the location and overall ambiance were pleasant, I had a frustrating experience at check-out. I decided to extend my stay for a few more hours, which I knew would come with an additional cost. However, instead of being able to pay the extra charges at the check-out counter before noon, I had to leave my family, walk to the reception, and wait in a long line of guests checking in and out. This was a major inconvenience and took away from the time I had planned to spend with my family on the last day.
